They didn't have to put her in the game. I mean, for all we know, Aran is gay, or something, but he doesn't get much characterisation to show it. It may not be the best reputation but they are making an effort. To be clear I don’t care what Ike’s sexuality is (I guess if anything I support his being bi/gay for representation for LGBTQ+ folks) but my struggle with this reasoning is that people try to argue that he could be from mist’s children but still somehow considered a “descendant” of Ike’s, which definitely doesn’t work.
